In 1954 Pierre Paulin designed the Oyster chair for Artifort Holland. A chair that embraces you; a shell in which you sit very comfortably and which supports your back. A shell that seems to float due to the slender “arachnid” chromed legs. This chair has been professionally refurbished with the right foam and re-upholstered with a light gray woolen fabric from Kvadrat: The Tonica 2 – 111. This Oyster is a real Dutch Design Classic.
