Large Vitsoe 606 Universal Shelving System – Dieter Rams

The 606 Universal Shelving System is a wall system designed by Dieter Rams for Vitsoe in the 60s. This minimalistic design is modular and transparent. This large Vitsoe set has a kind of floating sideboard underneath, a lot of shelves, one double shelf and one shelf with two drawers. This beautiful Vitsoe set is a timeless eye catcher.

This Vistoe 606 Shelving System has clips for concealing electrical wires in the wall rails (see picture).

Vitsoe is a design brand known for its collaboration with the well-known industrial designer Dieter Rams. Dieter Rams is known for minimalism in his designs and his influential “less is more” design philosophy. Vitsoe produces iconic Dieter Rams designs since the 1960s, including the 606 Universal Shelving System.
