Elio Martinelli designed the table lamp ‘Flex 659’ for Martinelli Luce, Italy. This lamp was originally made for an exhibition in Turin in 1973. The Flex lamp has a flexible arm made of ABS and chrome, a white metal shade and a black push button on top of the shade. You screw the lamp onto a tabletop or desk. The organic design of the flexible arm, which is reminiscent of the human spine, allows this lamp to bend in any direction. The Flex table lamp by Martinelli Luce is a wonderful example of Italian Design. An eye-catcher!
