Desk Japanse serie – Pastoe EH01 – C. Braakman

Modernistic designed desk by Cees Braakman for UMS Pastoe in the 60s. This desk has on the a right side a chest of drawers with four square black plastic handles and four curved plywood ‘anti dust’ drawers. On the left side is a large drawer unit with one large drawer for file folders (or for a couple of bottles) and a regular size ‘anti dust’ drawer. Both drawer units can be locked. Furthermore this desk has a floating table top and it can stand loose in the room because the back is also nicely venered with teak. This minimalistic designed furniture is also called Japanese series. The desk is marked by Pastoe.
