When you place an order you will receive an confirmation email. We will weigh the ordered items and will send you an email with the transport- and  handling costs. If you agree to the total costs we will put the items "on hold".  After we received payment and the items are on transport we mark the items as "sold" on our website.
Once intent to purchase is made, payment must be received within 5 days or the item will be released and returned to stock for sale.

Prices are inclusive VAT (BTW margin) and exclusief lightbulbs and/or batteries

For shipping abroad we will send you an e-mail with the total of shipping and handling fees. This does not include customs and any duties imposed by your country.

Satisfaction guaranteed - retrun policy

We will pack the items very carefully but if the item arrives in broken condition (and you choose for the option to insure the package) send us a picture of it within 3 days of receiving the package and you will have to make a phonecall to your local transporter to announce the items arrived in broken condition (This is for the handling of the insurance). If you have done this we will refund you the costs of the broken item. If you are not satisfied with your selection for any other reasen please contact us and send the item back within 10 days (5 days for the Netherlands) of receipt provided the item(s) are in their original condition with all labels, etc. intact. The purchase price, minus the initial shipping charges will be refunded upon receipt of the piece(s). Return shipping and insurance is the buyer's responsibility and is not refundable.
All our articles are authentic from the 1950's to 1970's this means in most cases they have expected age appropriate signs and therefore not described on the site. Please do not expect to receive a new item.
